Just to include from the discord discussion: 10 million feels like a small increase given the past 15 million increase and how quickly it was consumed. Scoopy clarified that this conservative adjustment is proposed because of the coming alUSD farm phase-out, which in addition to the increased debt cap may also add further stress to the peg and thus the transmuter reserves.
