Absolutely makes sense. The greatest rewards should be going to the folks believing most in the project

I think the majority of the people aware of this proposal are supporting it.

The real question now becomes what should the new split look like.

The problem for me is that people will vote for the option that is most profitable for them and not the project. And since those in the SLP are the majority - it's quite clear that whichever option has the biggest % attributed to it will win by default.

So - is it possible to get some reasonable options suggested instead of 70% ALCX-ETH + 30% 3CRValUSD + abolish the other two ?

travisformayor Would love to see this as a separate proposal. And agree about keeping the rewards modest. We need to keep unit economics in line, we don't want to pay in equity more than the revenue that those incentives would generate.

Hi I agree. Just one thing for consideration is that as a SLP I am risking not only my ALCX but my "precious" ETH so definitely the rewards ratio between the SLP and the ALCX pool must be maintained. Currently that ratio is 45/5 or 9x. So whatever we end up proposing we should make sure that this ratio is maintained. Right now the current proposal is 65/7.5 or 8.6x so it is ok but we have to be careful not to give more to ALCX.
Finally, I dont see any value in the ALUSD pool so i would trim this down to even more.. maybe 1%.. As for the CRV cutting in half makes sense

Agree with @travisformayor We should look to reward the loan taker.
Happy to do that in 2 separate proposals like @scoopy and @0xdef1 said.

I say reward the brick and motar people of this DAOC decentralized company. Make another farm for people who believe in ALCX and they could collect shares. Airdrop dividens at the end of year if the DAOC was profitable, profit sharing program, pension plans.
