So our website bridging page was bricked by LiFi removing support for the multichain bridge in their middleware. A fix is being worked on, however, there is a workaround for users wishing to bridge now.
The fist step requires going to a block explorer

Abribtrum: https://arbiscan.io/
Optimism: https://optimistic.etherscan.io/
For the token you want to bridge, go to it's canonical token address, go to the contract tab, and the "Write as Proxy" subtab. From there navigate to the function "exchangeCanonicalForOld".
Here is an example for optimism alUSD
It will have two parameters, "bridge token address," where you input the bridge token address, and "amount," where you will put the amount in wei (use this tool to convert Ether amount to Wei https://etherscan.io/unitconverter). A complete list of the Canonical and Bridge Tokens by network is provided below the instructions.
Then execute the function to receive the bridge token.
Once you have the bridge token in your wallet, go to https://app.multichain.org/#/router and bridge your asset to the desired chain.
